To report a lost or stolen Citizens First Bank debit or ATM card after hours, call 877.902.1442.

Login to your Digital Banking account to turn your card ON/OFF.

Step 1: Login to Digital Banking (opens in a new window)
Step 2: On the top left menu, browse and click on Manage Cards
Step 3: From the list of active cards, click the ON switch; it will deactivate the selected card.
To re-activate a card, repeat steps 1–3, clicking the OFF switch.
