Citizens First Bank 25^th Anniversary Drawing

1. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DONATION, ACCOUNT OR BANK TRANSACTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. SPONSOR: CITIZENS FIRST BANK
3. ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND DRAWING ARE LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS, AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. Employees and household members of Citizens First Bank, its advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD: Entry period for Drawing begins 12:00:01 a.m. CT on March 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on April 12, 2025.
5. TO ENTER: You may enter in one of the following ways:
   • Walk-in Entry: During the Promotion Period, if you are 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States, you may enter the Drawing by stopping by a Citizens First Bank location and submitting the information for the required fields.
   • Online Entry: During the Promotion Period, if you are 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States, you may enter the Drawing by entering the required information at www.gocfb.bank/anniversary.
   • Citizens First Bank is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Citizens First Bank and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering this Drawing, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Citizens First Bank, which shall be final, binding, and conclusive on all matters.
6. DRAWING: Winners will be selected from all valid entries received via random drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Citizens First Bank on or about April 14, 2025. Need not be present to win. The winner will be notified by phone or email and announced via social media.
7. PRIZE:
   • ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER (1): The Grand Prize winner will receive tickets for 2 people to the Lakeview Meet & Greet Experience, Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at Wild Rose Casino in Clinton, plus $100 in River City Gold ($253.02 total value). The Lakeview Meet & Greet Experience includes:
     • Two (2) GA Tickets
     • Meet & Greet with Lakeview
     • Individual Photo Opportunity with Lakeview
     • Access to Pre-Show Q&A with Lakeview
     • One (1) Commemorative Laminate, Signed by Lakeview
     • Venue first entry
   • THREE FIRST PRIZE WINNERS: Tickets for 2 people to the Lakeview concert, Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at Wild Rose Casino in Clinton. Three winners will receive 2 tickets each.
   • CELEBRATE 25! Ten (10) winners will receive a commemorative 25th Anniversary tumbler and $25 Visa Gift card.
   • Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility. Each Grand Prize and First Prize winner is required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release. To receive the prize, all documents must be completed and returned within ten (10) days of their receipt. If documents are not completed and returned within the time period specified, the entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be randomly chosen. No transfer or assignment of any prize is permitted.
9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants release Citizens First Bank, and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Drawing from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Drawing and/or acceptance of the prizes.
10. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: Neither Citizens First Bank nor its respective agencies are responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, or non-delivered entries. Should any portion of the Drawing be, in Citizens First Bank’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention, technical failures, or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Citizens First Bank, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play, or submission of entries, Citizens First Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Drawing, and select the winner from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Citizens First Bank. Citizens First Bank is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assumes no responsibility for any error. In no event will Citizens First Bank, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, its advertising or promotion agencies, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your entry into this drawing. Without limiting the foregoing, all information and elements of this drawing are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. 11. PRIVACY POLICY: Citizens First Bank will consider all information submitted by entrants to be confidential and subject to Citizens First Bank’s Privacy Policy which may be viewed at https://www.gocfb.bank/privacy-policy or by visiting a Citizens First Bank location and requesting a copy.
12. WINNERS: After the winners have been notified and completed legal documentation, they will be announced publicly via social media and the bank’s website.
