Beginning June 1, 2024, Citizens First Bank will charge $5 for paper statements for your Checking, Savings, or Money Market accounts, per statement cycle. The charge will post to your account at the end of the statement cycle.

Citizens First Bank Secure Digital Document Delivery gives you instant access to your account information from your favorite device. Your tax documents are available 24/7 in Digital Banking.

Customers who are already enrolled in eStatements may need to reaccept a disclosure.  Thank you for making this change with us, let’s keep it simple and leave the paper behind!

Fee Schedule below is effective June 1, 2024. Highlighted items have changed.  $5 paper statement fee effective June 1, 2024. Paper Statement Fee is not applicable to certain account types.
